That's why, at Babel Film Workshop, we've designed our Video Maker and Vlogging courses to teach kids and teens how to create engaging video content in a safe and responsible manner.
Video Maker (Ages 8-11) and Vlogging (Ages 12-15)
Our Video Maker and Vlogging programs are designed to empower kids and teens to explore their creativity and develop new skills in a supportive and secure environment. Our experienced teachers guide students through the process of creating their own videos and vlogs, from brainstorming ideas to editing the final product.
In the Video Maker program, children aged 8-11 will learn the basics of video editing and storytelling. This camp is perfect for kids who are passionate about making their own YouTube gaming videos or simply want to learn more about the world of video production.
Our Vlogging program is tailored to teens aged 12-15, teaching them how to effectively communicate their ideas and create entertaining content for their online audience. They'll learn about the art of vlogging, from scripting to editing, while also discussing the ethical considerations and safety guidelines that are essential for responsible online content creation.
Exciting Summer Camp Offerings
This summer, we're excited to offer two unique camp programs for kids and teens: Video Maker: Make a Gaming Video and Vlogging: Recreate a Viral Video. These week-long camps provide an immersive experience where students can explore their interests in video production and vlogging, while making new friends and memories.
Video Maker: Make a Gaming Video
In this camp, students aged 8-11 will have the opportunity to create their very own gaming video, learning about video recording, editing techniques, and storytelling. They will work with our expert instructors to transform their passion for gaming into engaging videos that they can proudly share with their friends and family.
Vlogging: Recreate a Viral Video
Teens aged 12-15 will have a blast recreating their favorite viral video in our Vlogging camp. They'll learn about the elements that make a video go viral and work together to brainstorm, script, shoot, and edit their own version of an internet sensation. This camp is perfect for aspiring YouTubers and vloggers who want to hone their skills and have fun in the process.
