2nd Babel Film Awards: Winners & Red Carpet

Last weekend, students aged 8-18 from 16 schools across Asia gathered for the 2nd Babel Film Awards at Chinese International School in Hong Kong. This annual event is one of the biggest celebrations of student filmmaking in the region, and attendees include student filmmakers and their friends and family, teachers and industry professionals.

In the Open Category, If It’s Meant to Be by Anabelle Fong from Chinese International School won Best Short Film, totaling four wins. For the international Babel 48 competition, Audrey and I from Chinese International School won Best 48-Hour Film. And In the After-School Category, Chinese International School and German Swiss International School won in the Secondary and Primary sections, respectively.
